OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 1997--ICVERIFY, Inc. announced today that David R. Krimm, a marketing professional with over 15 years of financial industry experience, has joined the Company to lead its expanding marketing efforts.

Before joining ICVERIFY, Inc., Krimm successfully served at Intuit as Director for the Online Investing business. In this position, Krimm was responsible for the rapid growth and development of Intuit's online investing services, through both Quicken and the Internet. Krimm also served as President of Quicken Investment Services, an Intuit subsidiary, and as Director of Marketing for the Automated Financial Services division where he introduced Intuit's online banking and bill payment services.

Before joining Intuit, Krimm served as Director of Tax- Advantaged Products for G.T. Global, a leading mutual fund company, where he spearheaded the introduction of G.T. Global's 401(k) and 403(b) programs.

Krimm has also held two key positions with Charles Schwab: Vice President for Product Development for SchwabFunds and Vice President of their corporate retirement plan business. In the latter position, his leadership and innovative marketing strategies helped Schwab acquire over $500 million in new assets within the first year.
