COLONIE The town is preparing charges against the owner of the only all-nude juice bar here, officials said Friday.

``We provided notice to them on December 19,'' said assistant town attorney Jeffrey Mans Friday afternoon of Sebastian's, a former bar on Route 7 that late last year went to all-nude entertainment when owner Charles ``Cha Chi'' Rafferty lost his liquor license.

An inspection last month turned up minor violations of the town building code, said officials. In addition, a town ordinance prohibits bottomless dancing by either men or women.
