QLD: Man dead in drug shooting

Two men have been arrested in northern New South Wales after a man was shot dead in
a drug related incident in Queensland's Darling Downs.

Police say the man was shot at point blank range following an argument over drug payments
on a property south of Inglewood at 5.30pm (AEST).

Police from Ingelwood and Warwick were alerted but found the man dead on arrival at the scene.

The man has not been identified.

Two men were later taken into custody when NSW police officers intercepted a car at Tenterfield.
